We require: -

  • A resilient practitioner who has a passion for inclusion and the knowledge and skillset to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including SEMH.

  • An empathetic practitioner, with a calm temperament and patience. in order to build positive relationships with our children and to help children to regulate their behaviour.

  • A positive person who believes that every child has the right to the very best education and will proactively work to remove and address any barriers that children have.

  • Someone with a good knowledge of SEMH needs and therapeutic approaches who can support staff to develop the right provision for each child.
