Welcome to Nightingale Class!
 

Hello! Our names are Mrs Furniss,  Miss Smith and Mrs Rose. Our class is made up of Year 1 and Year 2 children.

​

Our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience are very important and we work hard to incorporate these both in and out of the classroom.  Our classroom is a warm, friendly and welcoming environment with lots of lovely learning opportunities. 

​

Throughout the year we will be exploring different topics, whilst also building upon the knowledge we already have.  Some things that we will be delving into include: The Great Fire of London, The United Kingdom and Inspirational People.

 

Children should bring a water bottle and their book bag to school daily. PE kits can be brought in on a Monday (in a bag) and left on your child’s peg until Friday, this can then be taken home to wash over the weekend. Our PE days are Monday (indoor) and Wednesday (outdoor).
